Data Analyst
HRIS Specialist and Data Analyst responsible for maintaining HR information systems, extracting and visualizing workforce data, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic HR decisions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and configure the HRIS platform, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
- Extract, clean, and transform employee data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Excel to track key HR metrics.
- Collaborate with HR partners to translate business needs into technical specifications and analytical solutions.
- Perform ad‑hoc data queries using SQL and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear, business‑focused manner.
