About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of software engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Own the full software development lifecycle, from architecture design and planning through delivery, testing, and production support.
- Architect and implement scalable, secure cloud and SaaS solutions that power HR, Finance, and Corporate Systems workflows.
- Integrate AI‑enabled capabilities to enhance user experience, automate processes, and deliver actionable insights.
- Partner with product, security, and operations to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance across hybrid environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering leadership, preferably in HRIS or enterprise application domains.
- Proven track record delivering cloud‑native, SaaS, and hybrid solutions at scale.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and practical implementation in production systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
