About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AI‑enabled HR and GBS operating models that align with client strategy and future‑ready objectives.
- Conduct data‑driven assessments to identify process gaps, recommend automation solutions, and quantify impact on efficiency and cost.
- Facilitate cross‑functional workshops, ensuring stakeholder alignment and adoption of new ways of working.
- Develop and deliver executive‑level presentations, translating complex analytics into actionable insights.

Requirements
- 5+ years of consulting experience in HR or GBS transformation, with a strong focus on AI and data analytics.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering end‑to‑end operating models and automation roadmaps.
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and process mapping.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
