About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Benefits modules, ensuring accurate data and process flows for annual Open Enrollment and ongoing benefits administration.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to design and implement process improvements that enhance employee self‑service and reduce manual effort.
- Lead troubleshooting and support for benefits-related issues, providing timely resolution and documentation.
- Develop and maintain integration points between Workday and external systems (e.g., payroll, third‑party benefits vendors) using Workday Studio and REST APIs.
- Produce detailed functional specifications, test plans, and user training materials to support system enhancements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience administering Workday Benefits or a comparable HRIS platform.
- Strong understanding of benefits processes, Open Enrollment, and employee self‑service workflows.
- Proficiency in configuration, data management, and integration within Workday.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
