HR Systems Analyst driving SAP and HRIS excellence, delivering expert support, data insights, and process improvements across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the subject‑matter expert for SAP and all HR systems, providing first‑line support and troubleshooting for HR and business users.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to design, implement, and maintain system enhancements, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Analyze HR data, generate reports, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision‑making.
- Lead system change projects, including configuration, testing, and user training, to improve HR processes and efficiencies.
- Document system processes, user guides, and best practices, and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SAP HR modules and other HRIS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data extraction, reporting, and SQL.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Relevant HR or IT certification is a plus.
