About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the HR Solutions Center, managing inquiries, case routing, and service level compliance.
- Extract, clean, and transform HR data from multiple systems to produce actionable reports and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain interactive visualizations in Tableau and Excel to support leadership decision‑making.
- Perform ad‑hoc data analysis using SQL and Python to identify trends, forecast staffing needs, and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR partners to design metrics, improve data quality, and automate reporting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR data analysis, reporting, or HRIS administration.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction and analysis.
- Advanced skills in Tableau and Microsoft Excel for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high‑quality customer service.
