Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience in a federal or highly regulated environment.
- Active or eligible for a federal security clearance.
- Strong knowledge of federal HR regulations, workforce planning, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
