Design and lead end‑to‑end HR IT value‑stream solutions, integrating cloud platforms, SAP modules, and DevOps practices while driving agile delivery and process optimization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern the architectural blueprint for HR IT value streams, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business goals.
- Design, implement, and integrate cloud‑based services and SAP HR modules to streamline talent acquisition, payroll, and workforce management.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions.
- Champion Agile and DevOps practices, establishing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and continuous monitoring for HR systems.
- Conduct performance, risk, and compliance assessments, providing mitigation strategies and continuous improvement recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or enterprise IT design, preferably within HR technology domains.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and SAP HR/SuccessFactors integration.
- Proven track record applying Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and DevOps tooling (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills to bridge technical and business perspectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; relevant certifications a plus.
