About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from multiple sources to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide real‑time insights to HR and business leaders.
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to ensure data integrity and optimize data pipelines.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Support HR projects by providing analytical expertise and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR analytics or a related field, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI for data extraction, transformation, and visualization.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and data governance best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
