HR Data Management Analyst responsible for maintaining and analyzing HR data, ensuring data integrity, and generating actionable insights using HRIS, SQL, and advanced Excel techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update HRIS databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all HR modules.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) HR data using SQL and Excel to support reporting and analytics initiatives.
- Develop and automate regular HR reports and dashboards, providing insights on workforce metrics, turnover, and talent acquisition.
- Implement data governance best practices, including data quality checks, access controls, and audit trails.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to identify data needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and data quality management.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
