Software Engineer
Lead the design, implementation, and governance of HR data solutions, driving people analytics insights across the organization using SQL, Python, and Tableau to inform strategic workforce decisions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable HR data pipelines, ensuring data quality and integrity across HRIS and external sources.
- Develop advanced analytics models and dashboards in Tableau to provide actionable insights on workforce metrics, turnover, and talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to translate strategic objectives into data-driven solutions and reporting frameworks.
- Lead data governance initiatives, establishing standards for data ownership, security, and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data literacy within the HR function.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR analytics or data engineering roles within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, and Python for data processing and modeling.
- Strong experience building interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
- Deep understanding of HRIS systems, workforce planning, and people analytics concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations.
