Data Analyst
HR Data Analyst driving HRIS maintenance, data integrity, and analytics across UK and US. Designs data flows, builds dashboards, and automates HR processes to deliver timely insights on headcount, attrition, and payroll.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the HRIS technology stack, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability across UK and US populations.
- Design and implement robust data flows, integrating HRIS with other business systems and creating workarounds when necessary.
- Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on headcount, attrition, payroll, and other key HR metrics.
- Automate repetitive HR processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
- Collaborate with People Team and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver timely, accurate analyses.
Requirements
- Proven experience with HRIS systems and data management.
- Hands‑on experience building Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data integrity and quality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
