HR Benefits Analyst II/III – AI responsible for administering employee benefit programs, ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and process improvements using HRIS, Excel, and data analysis tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage a comprehensive suite of employee benefits including health, dental, vision, life/AD&D, disability, HSA, FSA, EAP, and retirement plans such as 401(k) and NQDC.
- Maintain accurate benefit data within the HRIS, perform regular data reconciliations, and generate reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (FMLA, ADA, CFRA, USERRA) and coordinate with external vendors to resolve benefit issues.
- Provide timely, clear support to employees regarding benefit enrollment, changes, and claims, acting as a trusted resource.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the employee experience and control plan costs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration or related HR function.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of federal and state benefit regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
