About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end data pipelines that ingest, transform, and load HR data from multiple sources.
- Implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, lineage, and compliance across HR analytics solutions.
- Perform data reconciliation and validation to guarantee the accuracy of workforce metrics and reporting.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to translate analytical requirements into scalable data models and dashboards.
- Automate data quality checks and monitoring processes using scripting and scheduling tools.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Proven expertise in building and managing ETL pipelines and data integration workflows.
- Solid understanding of data governance principles, data quality, and metadata management.
- Hands‑on experience with data validation, reconciliation, and error‑handling techniques.
- Ability to work closely with HR stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and maintain data integrity.
