About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer Workday HR data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all modules.
- Execute data queries, reports, and dashboards using SQL and Workday reporting tools to support HR analytics and decision‑making.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and implement process improvements.
- Provide timely, customer‑focused transactional support for employee, manager, and HR professional inquiries.
- Document data definitions, processes, and best practices to support knowledge transfer and audit readiness.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Workday data administration or HRIS analytics.
- Strong SQL skills and experience building reports and dashboards.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Detail‑oriented with a commitment to data quality and continuous improvement.
