As an HR Analyst - Workday Data Administration, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Workday data, performing HR analytics, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. You will work closely with the HR team to identify and resolve data discrepancies, develop and implement data quality improvements, and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Workday data, including data imports, exports, and updates.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by identifying and resolving data discrepancies.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR data administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Workday and HR analytics tools and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
