Hospitality Data Analyst driving insights across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, Finance, and Technology using Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to build dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting tools that shape strategic decisions and improve performance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data from multiple business systems to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights.
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools used by company leaders.
- Develop automated data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience creating interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL concepts, and data warehousing principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex insights to non‑technical audiences.
