About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prototype hardware concepts from ideation to functional prototypes.
- Design and validate PCB layouts, firmware, and embedded software for new home devices.
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and industrial design teams to create cohesive product solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance usability and accessibility.
- Lead rapid prototyping cycles, iterating designs based on testing and user feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in PCB design, embedded C, and FPGA development.
- Strong understanding of hardware prototyping tools and rapid iteration techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Passion for creating intuitive, user‑centric home technology experiences.
