The DCX Information Security Analys t is responsible for supporting DCX’s Information Security program through day-to-day security monitoring, initial alert review, documentation, coordination, and security operations support. This role assists in identifying and tracking security threats, vulnerabilities, access concerns, and control gaps while ensuring findings are properly documented, escalated, and followed through based on established processes.

The Information Security Analyst works closely with the Information Security Team, IT Support, GRC, SOC, MSP, and internal stakeholders to support incident response, vulnerability management, access reviews, security awareness, and other operational security activities. This role is expected to develop foundational security knowledge while contributing to the continuous improvement of DCX’s overall security posture.

Perform security monitoring and analysis across alerts, logs, and events to detect, investigate, and escalate potential threats, anomalies, and policy violations.

Perform initial review and triage of security alerts, phishing reports, suspicious activity, and endpoint security events, escalating alerts that require deeper investigation to the Information Security Specialists.
