Home Automation & Security Systems Site Engineer

Habix Automation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Home Automation & Security Systems Site Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain smart home and security solutions. We are seeking candidates with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in home automation, CCTV, gate automation, access control, alarm systems, or video door phones .

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and assist with installation planning.
• Install, configure, test, and commission Home Automation, CCTV, Alarm Systems, Access Control, Gate Automation, Boom Barriers, and Video Door Phones.
• Read electrical layouts and wiring diagrams.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and service support.
• Coordinate with clients, electricians, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
• Ensure timely project completion and provide basic user training after installation.

Requirements

• Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, ECE, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Home Automation, ELV, or Security Systems.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, routers, switches, PoE).
• Experience with KNX, Crestron, Control4, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willing to travel across Kerala.
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Location: Kochi

Note: This role is for candidates with Home Automation, ELV, or Security Systems experience. Candidates with experience only in Industrial Automation (PLC/SCADA), Manufacturing, or Automobile Automation are not suitable for this position.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
