About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce triggers, Apex classes, and Visualforce pages to meet business requirements.
- Build and deploy Lightning Web Components (LWC) and classic Lightning components, ensuring responsive and scalable UI.
- Write complex SOQL queries and optimize performance for large data sets.
- Lead data migration projects between Salesforce environments, mapping fields and validating data integrity.
- Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and security settings to align with business processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
- Proficient in Apex, Lightning, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and integration patterns.
- Experience with data migration tools (Data Loader, Dataloader.io) and mapping strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently as an immediate joiner.
