Lead Generation
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will support sales growth by conducting market research, engaging potential clients, and assisting in closing deals.
Identify potential customers through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.
Research accounts to understand business needs, and potential opportunities.
Maintain and update lead information in the CRM.
Qualification of Leads
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer requirements.
Qualify leads based on budget, need, authority, and timelines (BANT or similar frameworks).
Pass qualified leads to the Sales Manager or Business Development Manager.
Sales Pipeline Management
Track and manage all activities, follow-ups, and lead stages in the CRM.
Ensure timely follow-ups to prevent lead drop-offs.
Provide regular updates on pipeline health.
Engage with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
Present product/service features, value propositions, and USPs.
Handle basic customer queries and redirect complex ones to the relevant teams.
Achieving Targets
Meet or exceed monthly lead generation, qualification, and revenue contribution targets.
Continuously work on improving conversion ratios and call-to-opportunity rates.
9. Relationship Building
Build long-term relationships with prospects to increase trust and conversion likelihood.
Maintain a professional and customer-first approach in all interactions.
