About the role
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for web and mobile applications using Python and Selenium.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines on AWS CodePipeline/CodeBuild to enable continuous testing.
Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams to define test strategies, coverage, and performance benchmarks.
Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in test automation and DevOps.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in test automation engineering within a regulated healthcare environment.
Strong proficiency in Python, Selenium WebDriver, and test frameworks such as PyTest or Behave.
Hands‑on experience with AWS services (CodePipeline, CodeBuild, S3) and CI/CD tooling.
Solid understanding of software testing principles, test data management, and defect tracking.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced setting.
