High Frequency HF Radar Systems & Technology Program Development Integrated Product Team Lead IPTL

As the High Frequency (HF) Radar Systems & Technology Program Development Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL), you will be responsible for leading the development of HF Radar Systems & Technology programs. This includes driving innovation and integration across product teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement program strategies, manage program risks, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HF Radar Systems & Technology, as well as experience leading integrated product teams. You will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing program strategies to drive innovation and integration across product teams
• Managing program risks and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement program plans
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure program deliverables meet customer needs
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to team members

Requirements for this role include:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or computer science
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HF Radar Systems & Technology program development and leadership
• Strong background in machine learning and AWS technologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
