About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services tailored to healthcare clients.
- Lead technical architecture reviews, ensuring alignment with clinical and operational objectives while maintaining compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and other healthcare regulations.
- Develop and enforce cloud governance frameworks, including security controls, cost management, and resource tagging best practices.
- Drive modernization initiatives by assessing legacy systems, recommending migration strategies, and overseeing implementation of cloud-native services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical designs and provide ongoing architectural guidance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture, with a focus on Azure and AWS in regulated environments.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance, data privacy, and security standards.
- Proven track record of leading large‑scale cloud migrations and modernization projects.
- Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, or equivalent.
