Data Analyst
Analyze and transform clinical and operational data to improve home infusion services, using SQL, Python, and Tableau to build dashboards, support reporting, and drive data‑driven decisions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and integrate large volumes of clinical and operational data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports for stakeholders across the organization.
- Write complex SQL queries and Python scripts to support ad‑hoc analysis and automated data pipelines.
- Collaborate with clinicians, operations, and IT teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Perform data modeling and create documentation to support consistent reporting and analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within healthcare or life‑sciences environments.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Strong experience building visualizations and dashboards using Tableau.
- Knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, and healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
