Data Analyst
Analyze and transform healthcare data to drive insights and improve patient outcomes using SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from electronic health records and infusion service operations.
- Develop SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, transform, and load data for reporting and analytics.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to communicate trends and performance metrics to clinical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data engineering and clinical teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Support ad‑hoc analysis and predictive modeling projects to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis within a healthcare or clinical environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, ICD‑10) and experience working with EHR data.
- Experience building dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
