Key Responsibilities

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with clinic leaders, Veteran Experience staff, and other stakeholders to align goals and share insights.
- Support resource and budget planning by providing data‑backed recommendations.
- Develop and deliver training materials to promote consistent, high‑quality ambulatory care operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analytics and process improvement within a health system environment.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, policies, and patient access challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma tools is a plus.
