About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize innovation opportunities across clinical, operational, and community programs.
- Design and deliver training to build innovation competencies among staff.
- Facilitate cross‑functional teams to prototype, test, and scale new solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and community stakeholders.
- Track and report on innovation metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in health system innovation, project management, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Knowledge of health IT systems and Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
