About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day operations management for Patient Care Services, ensuring seamless workflow and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross‑functional business processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Act as executive liaison, preparing briefing materials, agendas, and minutes for the Associate Director and ELT meetings.
- Support strategic planning and project execution, tracking milestones and deliverables across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in health system operations, process improvement, or executive support roles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar) and strong reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
