Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive analytical reviews of credentialing and privileging processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Manage and track data related to provider credentials, ensuring accuracy and timely updates across the VA system.
Serve as a strategic advisor to VAMC leadership on key C&P program initiatives and policy implementation.
Collaborate with Medical Staff Office teams to streamline workflows and enhance compliance with federal and VA regulations.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with proficiency in data management tools.
In-depth knowledge of credentialing and privileging processes within a healthcare setting.
Experience working in a VA or similar large healthcare organization is preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
