About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement Oracle Health Data Intelligence (HDI) solutions that meet clinical and operational needs.
- Lead hands‑on delivery, ensuring high‑quality data pipelines, integration, and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical challenges across the HDI stack, providing root‑cause analysis and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—clinical informatics, IT, and business—to translate requirements into robust data architectures.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, presenting progress, risks, and solutions to executive and technical audiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and deploying Oracle Health Data Intelligence or similar health data platforms.
- Strong background in data architecture, ETL, and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with a track record of troubleshooting complex data issues.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time‑management skills.
