Health Cost Data Analyst responsible for analyzing health care cost data, developing cost models, and providing actionable insights to support policy decisions using SQL, statistical tools, and advanced Excel techniques.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large health cost datasets to identify trends and cost drivers.
- Develop and maintain cost models and projections to inform policy and program decisions.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate cost data into broader health system analyses.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations throughout the analysis process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Economics, Statistics, Public Health, or related field.
- Proven experience with SQL and statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, SAS).
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly.
- Experience in health care cost analysis or related domain preferred.
