Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced analytics and reporting solutions for medical, pharmacy, and operational data.
- Collaborate with the data warehouse vendor to extract, transform, and load data into actionable dashboards.
- Lead the full reporting lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Provide data-driven insights to support cost, utilization, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with privacy regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in healthcare analytics, preferably within a university or large health system.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Hands‑on experience with data warehouse concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
