Head of Technical Recruiting

As the Head of Technical Recruiting at notion, you will be responsible for leading the technical recruiting efforts to attract and hire top talent in the industry. You will work closely with the hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and develop a strategy to find the best candidates. You will be responsible for creating and implementing a recruitment plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and develop a plan to find the best candidates.
• Source and attract top technical talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with top technical talent and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement a recruitment plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top technical talent.
• Strong understanding of the technical landscape and the ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the recruitment team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
