Software Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of AI‑powered talent platforms, combining recruiting automation, data engineering, and cloud infrastructure to scale clinician hiring and enable rapid practice growth.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the talent engineering roadmap, aligning recruiting automation, data pipelines, and AI models with business growth targets.
- Build and maintain scalable data infrastructure on AWS to ingest, process, and analyze candidate and clinician data.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of engineers, data scientists, and recruiting specialists to develop end‑to‑end hiring solutions.
- Partner with product, clinical, and operations leaders to translate hiring needs into technical specifications and measurable outcomes.
- Establish metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to continuously improve talent acquisition efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent technology, recruiting automation, or related engineering leadership roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred) for building data pipelines and ML‑driven applications.
- Proven track record of designing and scaling data‑intensive systems that support high‑volume hiring processes.
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition workflows, metrics, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
