As the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for leading the supply chain function to ensure efficient and effective management of inventory, logistics, and procurement processes. You will develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain performance, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels, including forecasting, ordering, and stock management.
- Lead the procurement function to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and procurement processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
