Head of Solutions Engineering

As the Head of Solutions Engineering at claylabs, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in developing and implementing technical solutions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Lead a team of engineers in developing and implementing technical solutions

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
• Strong technical background in areas such as software development, data science, and cloud computing
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
