Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high quality delivery.
- Architect and oversee the implementation of cloud‑native, scalable solutions that support the company’s digital retail platform.
- Champion Agile practices, ensuring efficient sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps tooling to accelerate release cycles.
- Implement and enforce security best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong background in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience scaling teams.
- Hands‑on knowledge of CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of building inclusive, high‑performing teams.
