Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high quality delivery.
Architect and oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency.
Implement Agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross‑functional collaboration to accelerate product delivery.
Drive security and compliance initiatives, integrating secure coding, threat modeling, and automated security testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
Collaborate with product, data, and operations stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and deliver data‑driven insights.
Requirements
10+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps tooling (CI/CD, containerization).
Strong background in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience scaling engineering teams.
Deep understanding of security best practices, compliance standards, and secure software development lifecycle.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
