About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company‑wide quality strategy, ensuring alignment with product and technology roadmaps.
- Build and scale automated test frameworks (Selenium, JUnit, Python) and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing quality engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to embed quality into every stage of the development lifecycle.
- Measure and report on quality metrics, driving data‑driven decisions and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in quality engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in test automation, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency with Selenium, JUnit, Python, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Experience in a high‑growth fintech or financial services environment is a plus.
