🚀 The Opportunity

Legion is hiring a Head of Provider Partnerships to build one of the company’s most important growth engines: trusted referral relationships with primary care providers and other clinical partners who need a fast, high-quality psychiatry partner for their patients.

This is a founding commercial leadership role. You will design the playbook, personally open priority markets, win high-value referral partners, build the operating system for provider growth, and eventually hire and lead a national provider partnerships team. The right person has the grit of a top physician liaison, the strategic judgment of a healthcare BD leader, and the urgency to turn clinical trust into measurable patient access.
