About the Role

KindWorks.AI is seeking an entrepreneurial leader with extensive experience in both product management and UX/conversational design. This hands-on role involves managing the overarching product vision, engaging directly with users and customers, meticulously analyzing data, and crafting user experiences. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, constantly conducting and integrating customer research. You will collaborate closely with the founding leadership, engineering, and UX teams to develop, manage, and iterate the product roadmap and design, create and execute product strategies, and build tools and designs to foster product loyalty.

We have developed an enterprise platform featuring a Kindness AI agent ('Beni') that integrates with communication tools like Slack, WhatsApp, and Teams. Beni's nudges are scientifically grounded, designed to strengthen cultures and enhance connectivity, motivation, and purpose.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, iterate, and manage KindWorks’ product roadmap and product operating system.
• Lead product development, strategy, and iteration from ideation through development and launch.
• Scope and prioritize activities related to product design based on business and customer impact.
• Create and maintain alignment for product vision across all stakeholders.
• Oversee and support the development of content across all user engagement initiatives, including Beni messages, emails, and gamification.
• Lead the process of new product launches, including internal communications and project management.
• Maintain and serve as the internal hub of knowledge on all data related to product engagement and product impact.
• Act as a vocal product advocate to build awareness and understanding.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced product management role.
• Experience in UX and conversational design.
• Proven results in managing all aspects of a successful product through its entire lifecycle.
• Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to leadership.
• An independent worker who can self-manage and lead projects proactively.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bonus: Fluent in both English and Spanish.
