About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI‑powered process intelligence and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver task‑mining, ROI‑based improvement prioritization, and automation recommendation features.
- Drive go‑to‑market strategy, pricing, and positioning for RPA, Intelligent Document Processing, and Generative AI offerings.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product decisions.
- Build and mentor a high‑performing product team, establishing metrics and processes for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product leadership experience in AI, automation, or enterprise software domains.
- Proven track record launching AI‑driven products that deliver measurable efficiency gains.
- Deep understanding of process mining, RPA, Intelligent Document Processing, and Generative AI technologies.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Experience scaling product teams and driving adoption in B2B enterprise environments.
