Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the company’s growth and product roadmap.
- Lead end‑to‑end commercial contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms, risk mitigation, and compliance.
- Manage and optimize the existing vendor base, driving cost savings and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, finance) to understand requirements and deliver value‑added sourcing solutions.
- Implement procurement processes, tools, and governance frameworks to increase efficiency and transparency.
Requirements
- 10+ years of procurement experience in a high‑growth tech or fintech environment.
- Proven track record of negotiating complex contracts and achieving significant cost reductions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
- Experience with procurement software and e‑sourcing platforms is a plus.
