Lead the design, delivery, and continuous optimisation of technology solutions across IT Operations, driving automation, cloud adoption, and process excellence to enable scalable, reliable services for a health‑tech ecosystem.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end IT operations solutions, prioritising automation, reliability, and scalability across cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in deploying CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and infrastructure‑as‑code practices to accelerate delivery cycles.
- Define and enforce operational excellence metrics, incident response frameworks, and post‑mortem processes to continuously improve service quality.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and product teams to embed secure, compliant practices into all operational workflows.
- Drive strategic roadmap initiatives, evaluating emerging technologies and tools that align with business goals and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, with a proven track record leading large‑scale automation and cloud initiatives.
- Deep expertise in DevOps tooling (CI/CD, GitOps), container platforms (Kubernetes, Docker), and infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and multi‑cloud strategy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Hands‑on experience with monitoring, logging, and incident management tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, PagerDuty).
