Software Engineer
Lead the security strategy for a fast‑growing AI‑native hiring platform, driving risk management, cloud security, incident response, and governance across a global, high‑volume SaaS environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Lead risk assessment, threat modeling, and vulnerability management for a multi‑tenant SaaS platform.
- Design and maintain secure cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) and enforce zero‑trust principles.
- Oversee incident response, forensic investigations, and post‑incident reviews to continuously improve defenses.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams to embed security controls into the development lifecycle.
- Manage security tooling, monitoring, and reporting dashboards for executive visibility.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in information security, with 5+ in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud security, IAM, encryption, and secure software development.
- Proven track record managing incident response and security operations in a high‑scale SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
