As the Head of GTM AI and Engineering, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of AI-powered technologies that transform go-to-market operations at scale. This executive leadership role combines engineering, artificial intelligence, data science, and product management to build intelligent systems that improve business performance and customer outcomes. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams responsible for developing advanced AI models, automated workflows, and scalable data platforms while partnering closely with senior leaders across engineering, product, and revenue operations. Working in a high-growth, innovation-driven environment, you will define the long-term vision for AI adoption across GTM functions and foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Accountabilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy and technical roadmap for go-to-market systems, ensuring scalable, intelligent solutions that enhance business performance and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and grow multidisciplinary teams of AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Product Managers while fostering an inclusive, high-performing engineering culture.
- Oversee the design and deployment of production-grade AI models, intelligent automation, forecasting engines, and data pipelines that streamline workflows and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Establish rigorous quality standards, governance frameworks, and validation processes to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and trustworthiness of AI-driven insights and recommendations.
- Partner closely with executive stakeholders across engineering, product, revenue operations, and business functions to align AI initiatives with strategic priorities and enterprise objectives.
- Drive the implementation of scalable data architectures, standardized metrics, self-service analytics, and AI-enabled decision-making capabilities across the organization.
- Champion a customer-focused, innovation-driven culture by encouraging continuous learning, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term technology leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in software engineering, data science, revenue technology, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience managing engineering leaders or other people managers within complex, high-growth technology organizations.
