Key Responsibilities
- Strategically lead the development and enhancement of finance digital products, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and high‑performance systems that support analytics, reporting and automation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define product roadmaps, prioritise features and deliver value‑driven solutions.
- Champion data quality, governance and security practices across all digital initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement through agile methodologies, performance metrics and user feedback loops.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in finance, digital product management and engineering leadership.
- Strong technical acumen in data analytics, automation and system architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high‑impact digital solutions in a public sector or large enterprise environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and team‑building skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and data protection standards.
