About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and scale a cloud‑native platform using AWS services, ensuring high availability and security for industrial data pipelines.
- Lead a cross‑functional engineering team, setting coding standards, mentoring developers, and driving agile delivery of AI and web services.
- Design and deploy machine‑learning models for parts identification, integrating them into real‑time recommendation engines.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and operations to translate complex industrial workflows into scalable software solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability practices to maintain rapid, reliable releases.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record in leading large, distributed teams.
- Deep expertise in Python, Node.js, and AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS).
- Hands‑on experience building and deploying machine‑learning models in production.
- Strong background in Kubernetes, Docker, and modern CI/CD tooling.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex industrial problems with technology.
